Overview

At Fly Gallery Couture, every item is crafted with attention to detail and premium quality standards. Because many of our products are limited edition or made-to-order, all sales are final.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before checkout and contact us with any questions about sizing or fit before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

  • Size exchanges may be considered only if the exact item and size are available in stock and the customer contacts us within 3 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 📧 support@flygallerycouture.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Please note: We are not responsible for damages caused by mishandling, improper washing, or normal wear and tear.

Pre-Order & Custom Items

Pre-order, custom, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Because of their exclusive nature, these pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

Shipping Costs

All shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an exchange is approved, the buyer is responsible for the return and reshipment costs.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued if your item is deemed unavailable or out of stock after purchase.
In such cases, you will be notified immediately and refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
