Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All Fly Gallery Couture orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Each item is carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment to ensure the highest quality before it leaves our studio.

Please note: During product launches, restocks, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be extended by a few days.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing
All domestic orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your package ships.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.
International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Because Fly Gallery Couture specializes in limited-edition luxury streetwear, certain items may be pre-order only.
Estimated ship dates will be clearly stated on the product page. Please note that ordering pre-order items alongside in-stock items may result in the entire order shipping together.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fly Gallery Couture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they are confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We’ll assist you where possible to help resolve the situation.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
